Features

Biometrid's videoconference service is compliant with the directives that are set for opening bank accounts remotely.

This means that during the videoconference call, an institution, besides engaging with their clients, can execute the following actions:

• Identity Document Verification

• Face Verification

• Proof of device ownership - OTP

Pretty amazing right? But there's more:

• The call itself is recorded after the user approves the recording.

• And like all other functionalities, it is available on desktop and mobile.

• The institution has the ability to choose whether the customer can just request a call instantly or allow them to schedule it for a future moment.
