In the Processes section, you can find all created, ongoing, approved, rejected, and finished end-user verification processes.

Features

The process list

The process list is the first thing you see when you enter the section. Here you can see all end-user verification processes and their status.

With the filter options, you can choose to see the processes that belong to a specific customer journey flow and on a specific date. For example, you want to see all the processes of the Age Verification flow that happened in the month of May.

The export function makes it easy for you to access all the data you need outside the platform.

Individual View

To see a more detailed view of an individual process from the list, simply click on it.

On the Individual view, you can see all the steps the end-user completed and interact with the process by asking for more information, rejecting it, manually reviewing it, engaging in a VideoConference (if that is part of the defined flow), and approving it.

Use the checklist to minimize human error and manage the necessary tasks for the process.
