The Dashboard is the area where you can have a bird's eye view of everything that happens on the platform. From the progress of your verification processes to every action taken within the platform.

Features

The Dashboard has two sections: the Main Data and the Activity.

Main Data

Here you can monitor the progress of your client's processes. Use the visual cues and graphical representation to analyze ongoing, and processes,

Filter your chart views by period, account, sub-account, and specific steps of the flow.

Activity

In the Activity section, you can access two types of information: logs and audits. They will help you understand the activity performed by your users.

Logs

The Logs tell you what each user did. This is helpful to monitor who did what and when.

Audits

The Audit Trail records all actions taken within the platform. It tells you what sequence of actions occurred in order for a certain state to be created. This is what you want if you need to confirm how and why the system or the data is in a certain state.
